Is the first role really free?
Yes. One live role, up to 10 resumes, no card — one free role per company. You see the Standard and the cohort; full candidate detail, Evidence, Trust and Follow-Up unlock when you upgrade.
What happens if we exceed our plan?
Keep hiring. Additional resumes and Follow-Ups are $1.50 each, billed monthly. There is no hard stop in the middle of a role.
Does Cernor charge per user?
No. Every paid plan includes unlimited team members. Pricing follows hiring volume, not headcount.
Do unused resumes roll over?
No. Allowances reset at the start of each billing month, so what a month costs is never a balance you have to track.
Can we change plans?
Upgrade at any time and the larger allowance applies immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens to our data if we stop?
Cancelling stops future billing. Retention continues to follow your organization’s policy, and scoped deletion stays available on request.
